EP: Folu - Grace Signature
Folu debuts with a brand new EP “Grace Signature” (The six track EP was released on the 29th of January 2021) and debuts with the single “Umlilo” a smooth gospel melody that fuses English with Zulu. The track features the South African award gospel singer Takie Ndou and the sensational vocalist CharnteHeart.
“Umlilo” speaks about the revival fire of God. The song has since gained the expected momentum across the airwaves.
On other tracks such as “Easy To Love” Folu shows his versatility in this mid tempo Amapiano song which talks about how easy loving and trusting God is.
Morena, features the young but strong vocals of the (new comer) Rorisang. Morena (by Folu) is a remake of this public domain chorus into a Gqom (gospel) sound. This is obviously for anyone that desire to dance all the way.
We hear more traditional gospel beat in “By The Blood” another track that features the award winning artist Takie Ndou. This is an obvious hit with churches across the continent.
Folu brings us a different dimension in “Let Everything That Has Breath” a track that feature another smooth (upcoming vocalist) Emmanuel Eze. This track is obviously for those that love the Hillsong vibe. The message and the lead singer (Emmanuel Eze) was a perfect match made in heaven.
